Lisa earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi and her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law, graduating in 2016. Her legal career has been devoted entirely to family law, working throughout the DFW area and building a practice centered on the needs of families navigating some of life’s most difficult transitions — divorce, custody disputes, child support, and the many complex matters that arise when a family’s structure changes. Her experience spans contested and uncontested cases alike, and she brings clarity and steadiness to clients who often come to her feeling overwhelmed.

Why She Practices Family Law

Lisa became a family law attorney because she genuinely enjoys people. She likes hearing their stories, understanding where they’ve come from, and helping them find their footing again. For her, this work isn’t transactional — it’s personal. Every client that walks through the door is dealing with something real and often painful, and Lisa sees her role as helping them move forward with both confidence and a sense of what comes next.

Lisa is known for being honest, reliable, and cheerful — qualities that may sound simple but are exactly what clients need when they’re in the middle of a difficult legal matter. Personal

Lisa is a Houston native who now calls the DFW area home. She is married to her husband Andrew, and together they have a daughter — adopted at birth and born two months premature — who Lisa describes as a life-defining joy. The family shares their home with two cats, Temmin and Mara. Outside of work, Lisa reads voraciously, crochets, and plays video games. She is also an avid traveler who has visited all 50 states and 14 countries, and her goal is to eventually reach every continent on the globe. She is passionate about causes involving children, particularly adoption and foster care — a reflection of her own experience and the work she does every day.
